lions are increasingly threatened and endangered with over 90% decline in the past 50 years and
continuing. Despite the efforts of traditional charity programmes this decline is continuing and so
Lion Aid was established to deliver more relevant and urgently required international Lion
conservation programmes and action to save all the lion populations worldwide.
