Lions are killed in retaliation for killing livestock. Our project in Kenya is designed to remove the reasons for such retaliation. The project idea came from the Maasai themselves and heralds a new way forward to save both predators and livestock.

Lion Killed by spearing - 1
This lion killed livestock and the community members chased it in a truck, ran it over and then speared it to death.
It was a lion killed on the 20th october 2012 and was a member of the Nairobi National Park Athi pride.
