THE ARTIST

Christina Barnard

Christina Barnard

Christina spent her working life as a pilot, but after retiring from flying, started studying art and now sculpts in terracotta and stone, draws in pencil or pastel and occasionally works with pen & ink and wash & ballpoint pen.  She enjoys drawing or sculpting from life, but does work in abstract. She has gradually evolved techniques which suit her subjects and enjoys exploring different methods.

For examples of her work, please visit her website. From her home in the south of France, she takes commissions, and if you have a special person or pet and like her style, please contact Christina via her website. Drawings can be done from life or a photo, and need not cost a fortune.
