The pair of Marble Lions that stand proudly outside the New York Public Library have always had the honour of being named.
In the 1930’s, during the Great Depression, the Mayor of New York named them…

...Patience & Fortitude.

They represented the qualities that New Yorkers needed to survive the difficult times.
These Lions were, and still are, symbols of Courage.

So what about the UK’s own world renowned Lions?

We at LION AID™ think it’s about time to honour the 4 magnificent & prestigious….

with enpowering names, worthy of their status.
